Prescription Disclaimer 
If your pet requires a prescription refill, please allow 24–48 hours for one of our veterinarians to review your pet’s medical record and authorize the medication. Our team will then prepare the prescription and contact you as soon as it is ready for pickup.
We understand that urgent situations can arise. If you require a refill sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
